    4. RISK OF LOSS IN FINANCIAL MARKETS —COMPREHENSIVE RISK FACTORS

4.1 Trading and investing in financial markets carries a significant risk offinancial loss. The following risk factors are not exhaustive and are providedfor educational awareness only. You should independently assess each of thefollowing risks and any other risks specific to your circumstances, experience, financial position, and jurisdiction before engaging in any trading activity.

4.2 GeneralMarket Risk. Financial markets aresubject to continuous price fluctuations driven by an extensive range offactors including macroeconomic data, central bank policy decisions, geopolitical events, regulatory announcements, corporate earnings, marketsentiment, liquidity conditions, and algorithmic trading activity. Thesefactors are inherently unpredictable, and no trading strategy, indicator, educational course, or technical analysis tool can consistently predict ormitigate general market risk. The value of any financial position can fall aswell as rise, and you may lose the entirety of your invested capital.

4.3 Leverageand Margin Risk. Many tradinginstruments, including contracts for difference ("CFDs"), forex, futures, and options, involve the use of leverage, meaning that a relativelysmall initial capital outlay controls a disproportionately large marketposition. While leverage can amplify gains, it equally and symmetricallyamplifies losses. It is possible to lose more than your initial deposit whentrading on margin. Margin calls may require you to deposit additional funds atshort notice, failing which your positions may be closed at a loss.

4.4 VolatilityRisk. Financial markets canexperience periods of extreme and unpredictable volatility, including rapid andsubstantial price movements within very short timeframes. During periods ofhigh volatility, stop-loss orders may be executed at prices materially worsethan the specified price ("slippage"), bid-ask spreads may widensignificantly, and the risk of loss is materially increased. Volatility events, including flash crashes, earnings surprises, and geopolitical shocks, can occurwithout warning and may result in total loss of capital.

4.5 LiquidityRisk. Not all financial instrumentsare equally liquid. In less liquid markets, including certain forex pairs,small-capitalisation equities, and derivative products during off-peak hours,it may be difficult or impossible to exit a position at the desired price.Illiquidity can result in significant losses and may prevent the timelyexecution of risk management orders, including stop-loss orders.

4.6 Currencyand Exchange Rate Risk. Where a userresides or holds capital in a currency other than that in which tradingpositions are denominated, exchange rate movements may adversely affect thevalue of gains and may increase the magnitude of losses when converted to theuser's base currency. Currency markets are highly volatile and can be affectedby political, economic, and speculative factors that are largely outsideindividual control.

4.7 Technologyand Connectivity Risk. The executionand management of financial trades is dependent on the reliable operation oftrading platforms, internet connectivity, order management systems, andthird-party technology infrastructure.
